Seriously, I'm not complaining, I'm having fun writing them actually. I've enjoyed watching HSJ for quite some time now, earlier than most of the sempai groups i've been into. My favorite? Although it might not be so obvious based on the above, it's Yuya! lol...
but since i've been in more of a mood to write HSJ, i haven't been able to really continue with my other stories... I'm not forcing myself though, since i'm afraid that if i do, my muse ends up leaving me again (such a moody muse really!). But i've had the chance to work slowly with Perfect... It's not much, but there's progress...

well, sort of at least... :)
i'm back because i just found myself updating a series i still haven't completed (thus the reason for this entry), sort of because i'm not sure if i can start working on the other stories just yet...
you see, this sudden arrival of inspiration may actually be credited to Tantei Gakuen Q. i just started watching the live-action series last Sunday afternoon and i find myself actually enjoying it... thus the update for the below story and a new drabble for the TGQ pair...
(also, i think i may have found a possible reason why i always lose inspiration in writing these days. because i keep on seeing/reading Akanishi Jin related articles wherein i either want to scream at the writer, the commentor, and even, if possible Jin himself. Really, i may not even be a fan of the guy but i hate him for his actions after finding out about Meisa's pregnancy... you might probably think it's weird but it has something to do with my Baby Steps... really, why like that Jin?! -- so i've come to the decision to ignore any Jin-related news from now on, even though i actually liked Meisa)

first off, on the drabble, it was just something really random i came up with when i realized that i think i've read a magazine interview of Yamada before when he said he wanted to be called Ryu/Ryo...

second: on the series, i want to apologize... i started the story focusing mostly on Mirai's POV but somehow, as the story progressed, it became from a third person's POV. i guess i'm blaming it to the very long distance of update between the chapters that although i knew what i wanted to happen, somehow, things had still changed. also, i was thinking of re-writing the first three chapters of the story but i realized that if i do, there's a huge possibility that i will never finish the story... so, for the moment, i'm sticking with this...

before anything else, let's first go to the main reason of this post...

an update! finally, actually, for Defying Destiny...
to be honest, the moment i started on this story, i already decided on who's going to end with who...
but later on, well, i had this thinking that, maybe... just maybe it's not so bad to be with the other guy too...
so, to settle things, i came up with two endings...

just a quick explanation why a story that should have been posted Sunday (or Monday at the very least) got posted in Wednesday dawn...

- i long since promised myself i'd be checking out Okada Junichi's SP series but i never really got around to doing it... up until Sunday and well, i;m hooked! the guy is just! waaaah! i'm now searching for a subbed version of the movies and the SPs before the movies... (can anyone help?)
- also, i made the wrong/right (depending on which way you look at it) move of checking out arama after a long, long while and well, i got 'educated' on some of the other stuff about the Jin-Meisa saga... particularly the part where Taichi is supposedly supposed to be married this year (or next year)... OMG! Kokubun Taichi! i so want this particular part to be true!
- also, Takaki Yuya's going to be a part of a drama this coming season! yay! i love the guy! and it's about time he gets a new project... i'm not sure how special his "special appearance" would be in that high school idol drama featuring some of the Johnny Juniors and AKB48 girls... i hope it's big... and i hope he gets another one too!

when Perfect first came to me, i was living in another city, working a different job in an entirely different company, surrounded by different people and having an entirely different work schedule... all in all, it was eons ago... okay, not really, it was just last year! but a lot has happened and i have to admit that i have forgotten parts of what i had in mind for the story (some i hadn't but the others are completely nada!), especially since up until a couple of months ago, i was working on a different JunxMao AU. that, plus i lost my notes on the story during the transfer.
and for a while, when i started working on this story again, i actually was afraid that with the parts i would have to make this story really, really short...
fortunately, inspiration hit me, (in the person of Taipi, yeah, him, again! i know) and well, let's just say that things got a bit interesting for this story (for me at least, hope you guys do feel the same)...

so with that, i finally got to work on Perfect! phew!

anyway, on the story itself, a bit of a reshuffle on some of the cast, bumping off some and adding in three, plus one i've always planned to add before but never got around to putting in...

okay! i honestly didn't think i'd be able to start on this story until, i don't know, two weeks from now... but i had some sort of (temporary) inspiration and i got around to plotting the whole storyline...
that's right! the whole story is already plotted which is why i know that it's going to have 8 chapters (about 3 more than the max i typed for the auction... but... well...)

on yet another news, i have made a dreamwidth account, though at the moment, all i've done was to import all my posts here to there... i'm thinking that that account will have all my stories (including the ones i haven't posted here) just, you know, to put all of them in one place... i'm not sure when i'd be able to do that though... *smiles sheepishly*

on the final news *whew!*, Fujigaya Taisuke has now officially joined the list of my favorite Johnnys! yeah, even i didn't expect that... to be honest, i first noticed the guy during the 2009-10 Johnny's New Year Countdown Concert when they were backdancing for Tackey and Tsubasa... he was just so... noticeable! i mean with his face and that hair and all! but during the 2011-12 countdown, i ended up liking their debut song and i was amused by him... he looked, cool, i guess is the proper term... the guy can strut all right... also watched Misaki Number One for him but ended up liking the storyline... i thought it was Gokusen redux but it wasn't... plus i like Karina... and Kitayama Hiromitsu is actually cute... and this means i'm going to, pretty soon, write something on Fujigaya and Oomasa Aya because really! it's pretty obvious there was something there! come on! (or maybe it was just me? nonetheless! haha!)

anyway... back to the story above... tell me what you think...

and so we arrive at a post that for quite some time in the past, i was actually afraid i'd never reach...

for one, i was half-afraid i was never going to finish this story... and then there's the fear that i would actually, really reach its end... plus i've also had this constant fear that the readers wouldn't like it since i went my own way for most, if not all, of the story (there were stuff like having too much toma, or too little junxmao interaction) which would in turn make me not finish it... but One Chance (Falling...) had a good run (in my mind)... it's been over a year since i started posting it and the time has come for me to post the very last chapter... the epilogue, so to speak...

this epilogue was done in a way that i hope managed to tie up most of the loose ends i've left in the story... and while i may actually have left some loose ends on this chapter itself, i'm aware of 2 but there might be a few minor ones i have overlooked, i hope this chapter clears up everything well...

but before i proceed to the actually chapter, fair warning: there is only one chapter in this story that's only junxmao... that was Chapter26... this chapter touches most, if not all, of the characters i've used in the story... i love all these characters, side as they may be, as much as i love jun and mao (and toma)... :)

and so.... drum rolls please.... lolz... (Officially finished at 2:26am, October 18, 2011.)
