my life these past few weeks had been a bit of a roller coaster ride...
seriously...
and it looks like it's bound to continue for at least two more weeks...
or months...
or, i don't know...
it sure doesn't look like things are going to settle down quick...
and here's hoping i'm going to survive... LOL...

oh my GOd! i really can't believe i've finally reached this part of the story... LOL...
anyway, to be honest, the elevator scene on the very start of the story was actually unplanned but the moment i wrote it, i knew i wanted it there...
i wanted to connect it to one of the recurring scenes in my favorite US show, NCIS, when NCIS' Leroy Jehtro GIbbs and FBI's Tobias Fornell would always use the elevator as their private meeting room... :D

i will be very honest when i say that i wasn't really planning on posting this yet....
but i went online about half an hour ago and saw something that made me want to post it already...

Mao-chan and Arashi together for Kohaku!!!

honestly, i wasn't really expecting it even though i had this tiny ray of hope that it may happen, considering the fact that last year's female host was chosen more because of the popularity and success of the drama she starred in as compared to her musical inclinations (though she is good there too)...

but yay!!!

here's hoping that Kohaku would be a success as always... :)

i found Pride a few days ago (and lost my confidence a couple of days later)...

doesn't make sense right, especially the one in the parenthesis. please ignore that.

anyway, the "Pride" i'm talking about is the 2004 drama that starred Kimura Takuya and Takeuchi Yuko...

i got interested because of a very brief preview i saw in Bistro SMAP where they showed the dramas Takeuchi Yuko (more commonly known in the Arashian circle as the one who acted with Jun in Natsuniji and Nino's crush) had starred with SMAP. it was really very short, like just a few seconds, but it got me interested, mainly because i saw that it might have something to do with hockey and because i liked the short interchange KimuTaku and Takeuchi Yuko had in the drama.

i thought of watching bits and pieces of it and i ended up watching the whole drama instead.

and i just want to say, i LOVE it!

it has now joined the very short list of dramas i really liked: Hanadan, HanaKimi, Devil Beside Me, My MVP Valentine, and now Pride! (i liked some others too but these are the ones i seriously, really, truthfully enjoyed)

anyway, i just wanted to say that...

the real purpose of this post is that promised update of a few of my stories.

SUMMARY:

Sakurai Sho was the serious kind of playboy, the different kind. He wasn’t opposed to marriage and the idea of happily ever after, just as long as it doesn’t apply to him. Kuroki Meisa is aware of that but she doesn’t care. She’s immune to his charms anyway. Sho knew that and didn’t care either, because that was a bridge he wouldn’t dare cross.
